Investigation into Fire at a Senior Care Center in Jisr az-Zarqa
SadaNews - The relevant authorities have launched an investigation into the circumstances of a fire that broke out at a daytime care center for seniors in the town of Jisr az-Zarqa, after firefighting and rescue teams managed to bring it under control without any injuries or trapped individuals last night.
The spokesperson for the "Fire and Rescue Authority" reported that at 23:19, the coastal region emergency center 102 received a report about a fire outbreak in the building known as "The Seniors' House" located on Ibn Sina Street in Jisr az-Zarqa.
Fire crews rushed to the building after receiving the report about flames and smoke rising from the location. The teams were able to extinguish the fire, ventilate the building, and conduct thorough search operations to ensure no individuals were present inside.
The fire investigator began examining the site of the incident to determine the causes of the fire and assess the situation.
