Sheikh Offers Condolences for the Martyrdom of Citizens in Deir Jareer
SadaNews - His Excellency the Vice President of the State of Palestine, Hussein Sheikh, extended his deepest condolences and sympathy to the families of the two martyrs, Awda Abdul Rahim Awda Farakhneh (53 years old) and Ahmad Adel Rashid Abu Makhu (26 years old), who were martyred due to the attacks by settlers backed by the occupation army in the town of Deir Jareer, and to our Palestinian people, asking Allah Almighty to embrace them in His vast mercy and to grant the wounded a speedy recovery.
Sheikh emphasized that this heinous crime committed by settler gangs under the protection and support of the occupation army represents an extension of the organized terrorism policy practiced by the occupation government against our people, in a blatant violation of international law and international humanitarian law.
Sheikh renewed his call for the international community to act immediately to assume its responsibilities, provide international protection to the Palestinian people, hold the occupation army and its settlers accountable, and take practical measures to stop their assaults and end the policy of impunity.
