Mutual Honor Between Bethlehem Governorate and Jerusalem Electricity Company and Confirmation to Expand Modern Energy Projects
SadaNews - As part of strengthening institutional partnership and unifying efforts to serve citizens, a delegation from the Jerusalem Electric Company visited the Bethlehem Governorate and the Bethlehem Municipality, in the presence of security leaders in the governorate. The discussion focused on mechanisms to enhance cooperation and joint coordination to develop the services provided to citizens.
The General Manager of the Jerusalem Electric Company, Eng. Muhammad Zidan, told SadaNews that the visit is a recognition of the efforts of national institutions and security agencies in Bethlehem Governorate.
He expressed his pride and gratitude to the governorate, municipality, security agencies, and all institutions in the governorate, for their efforts in facilitating the work of the company's crews in Bethlehem amidst the difficult conditions faced by our people.
The Chairman of the company's Board of Directors, Engineer Hisham Al-Omari, and the General Manager, Engineer Muhammad Zidan, honored Bethlehem Governor Muhammad Taha Abu Aliya, Bethlehem Mayor Hanna Hananeya, and the security leaders in the governorate, in appreciation of their efforts in supporting the partnership and cooperation with the company, and providing its services to citizens, despite the challenges and difficult conditions.
The attendees confirmed that continuous coordination and integration between various official and service institutions constitute a fundamental pillar for enhancing the steadfastness of citizens and improving the quality of services.
Governor of Bethlehem Muhammad Taha Abu Aliya told SadaNews that the meeting with the delegation of the Jerusalem Electric Company and the security leaders in the governorate addressed the problems facing citizens regarding electricity. He emphasized the company's significant role in delivering electricity to all areas of the governorate under the difficult conditions.
For his part, Bethlehem Mayor Hanna Hananeya added to SadaNews that the relationship between the municipality and "Jerusalem Electricity" is rooted and must be preserved, expressing his pride in this partnership to serve citizens and facilitate the provision of services to them.
