Serious Injury in Terrible Road Accident on Route 90 in the Jordan Valley

SadaNews - A person was seriously injured today, Tuesday, as a result of a road accident that occurred between two vehicles on Route 90 near the village of Bardala in the Jordan Valley.

According to reports from firefighting crews, rescue teams rushed to the scene near the "Mijola" settlement after receiving a report about the accident, only to find one of the vehicles overturned in a drainage channel at the side of the road, with a person trapped inside.

Firefighting crews worked to execute a complex rescue operation due to the position of the vehicle and the severity of the damage caused by the crash, successfully extracting the injured person and transferring him to medical teams who provided treatment before referring him to the hospital, where his condition was described as serious.

The commander of the firefighting crew at the scene indicated that the circumstances of the accident and the location of the vehicle within the channel posed challenges for rescue operations, necessitating special efforts to ensure the safe extraction of the injured person.

The occupation police claimed that they opened a file to investigate the circumstances of the accident.
