Fatah: The Israeli ban on humanitarian organizations from operating in Palestine aims to undermine the lives of the Palestinian people

SadaNews - Member of the Central Committee of Fatah, Dalal Salama, stated that the barbaric Israeli decision to ban the work of 37 institutions and humanitarian organizations in Palestine aims to undermine the lives of the Palestinian people and to hinder their ability to recover from the genocide and displacement that Israel has been practicing against our Palestinian people for decades.

Salama affirmed in a press statement issued today, Wednesday, that Israeli policies aimed at abolishing the UNRWA and banning humanitarian work institutions and preventing international journalism from entering the Gaza Strip fall within the context of Israel's violation of all international treaties and its refusal to comply with international will.

Salama held the occupation fully responsible for the safety and security of workers in humanitarian institutions and organizations in Palestine, calling on components of civil society, popular, and trade union groups in Palestine to expose the practices of the occupation and to support the institutions that have been subjected to bans in a bid to break the arrogance and tyranny of the occupation.

Salama emphasized the necessity of intensifying efforts to prosecute Israel for its policies in the International Criminal Court and restore respect for international law and its authority by holding the Israeli occupying state accountable for its ongoing crimes.
