The Arab Islamic Bank Concludes a Specialized Training Program in Strategic Leadership for Banking Branch Management
SadaNews - The Arab Islamic Bank has concluded a specialized training program in strategic leadership for managing banking branches, implemented in collaboration with General Training Company, with the participation of a group of branch supervisors and office managers. This program aligns with the bank's annual plan aimed at developing leadership competencies and enhancing the readiness of employees in supervisory positions.
The program was held in the Jordanian capital, Amman, over two training days totaling 14 training hours, covering advanced topics in strategic planning, performance management, effective leadership, and improving the quality of banking services. The training also included discussions on the latest practices in branch management and mechanisms to enhance operational effectiveness through impactful leadership and effective communication. The program relied on practical and interactive training methodologies, including case study discussions, practical applications, and role-playing that simulate real-world challenges in the banking environment, thereby enhancing the participants' ability to apply the skills acquired in their respective roles.
In this context, Mr. Hani Nasser, the General Manager of the bank, affirmed that investing in human resource development constitutes a fundamental pillar of the bank's comprehensive strategy, being the foundation for institutional development in banking operations. He added that enhancing the leadership capabilities of employees, particularly those working on the front lines in branches, directly contributes to improving the customer experience and raising service quality, thus enhancing operational efficiency. He also pointed out that developing leadership skills enables the bank to strengthen its competitiveness in the banking market and ensures that staff are prepared to face changing challenges and achieve the bank's strategic objectives.
For his part, Mr. Rateb Atiyani, the Human Resources Management Director, explained that this program is in line with the strategic plan of the department and the directives of senior management, focusing on continuous investment in employee development and preparing staff capable of taking on leadership roles in branches and offices efficiently.
