Jordan Bank Supports the Palestine Giving Association to Distribute Food Packages to Displaced Families in Gaza Strip

SadaNews - Based on its social and humanitarian responsibility, and continuing its relief initiatives to support affected families in the Gaza Strip, Jordan Bank has provided new support to the Palestine Giving Association to distribute food packages to several displaced families in the town of Al-Zawayda in the central sector, including the refugee camps of Dar Al-Raja community and the surrounding areas.

The CEO of Jordan Bank branches in Palestine, Saif Issa, stated that this support comes as part of a series of humanitarian initiatives implemented by the bank to assist the most affected groups, and to enhance the spirit of solidarity and community welfare amid the difficult humanitarian conditions that displaced individuals have been experiencing in the Gaza Strip for over two years.

Issa praised the humanitarian efforts made by the Palestine Giving Association to assist citizens.

For her part, the General Director of the Palestine Giving Association, Dr. Rajiya Abu Ghazala Shath, appreciated this humanitarian initiative, confirming that the bank's support enabled the association to implement its program to distribute food packages to many displaced families in the Gaza Strip during the holy month of Ramadan, which contributed to alleviating the suffering of those families living in tragic humanitarian conditions.
