7 Stars Sign Contracts for New Series for Ramadan 2027

SadaNews - Although the Ramadan competition for 2026 has not yet ended and is currently in its peak stages, witnessing a tough battle among stars for top spots on the viewing list, several drama series heroes have already secured their places in the upcoming Ramadan race and signed contracts for their new projects with production companies.

Starting with actress Mai Omar, a close source disclosed in a special statement to "Al Arabiya Net" that she contracted for a new series on the fourth day of the current Ramadan month. She received an offer from one of the production companies and met with the representatives of that company at the filming location of the "The Six Mona Lisa" series due to time constraints and her busy filming schedule. They agreed on the new project, and she officially signed the contract despite the absence of a ready script for the series, as the agreement is merely a commitment to produce a new drama series for broadcast in the upcoming Ramadan.

Withdrawal from Retirement from Drama

As for actor Amr Saad, he also signed a contract for a new drama series following the success of his series "Ifraaj," where he recently met with a major producer to lay out the initial features of their collaboration for the next Ramadan.

Amr Saad's contract came after he announced his retirement from television drama, a decision he made before the Ramadan marathon kicked off, but he quickly reversed it after several sessions with some drama creators who convinced him to reconsider his decision.

El Awady.. and Ramadan

Actor Ahmed El Awady has secured his spot among the stars of the Ramadan series for 2027, having recently signed with a major production company for a new series scheduled to air next Ramadan. He met with a famous producer during the last days of filming the "Ali Clay" series, which is currently airing on television, and signed the contract for his new series.

Meanwhile, actor Mohamed Ramadan has decided to return to competition after a four-year absence, with his last dramatic appearance being in the series "Jaafar El Omda," which aired in Ramadan 2023. However, he recently signed a contract for a new series to be aired next Ramadan, promising that it will surprise the audience.

Moustafa Gharib.. and Akram Hosny

Following the success of the series "He Chemia," young actor Moustafa Gharib has contracted for a new drama series, the preparations for which are set to start after the Eid al-Fitr holiday, with the scriptwriting beginning in May, and the work will be aired in Ramadan 2027.

As for actor Akram Hosny, he is among the stars who missed the Ramadan race this year; however, he signed a contract a few weeks ago for a new drama series to be aired next Ramadan, and he is currently engaged in the initial preparations for the series.

Lastly, actress Mai Ezz El Din has decided to resume preparations for her new series after recovering from her recent health crisis, and she is among the stars who secured their place for the upcoming Ramadan.
