Palestinian Journalists' Syndicate Strongly Condemns the Assassination of Al-Sharif and Quraiqe
SadaNews - The Palestinian Journalists' Syndicate strongly condemned, on Monday dawn, the heinous crime of assassinating fellow journalists Anas Al-Sharif and Muhammad Quraiqe, correspondents for Al Jazeera in the city of Gaza, following the targeting of a tent for journalists at Shifa Hospital.
The occupation forces directly targeted the journalists' tent in front of Shifa Hospital west of Gaza City, resulting in the martyrdom of seven citizens, including fellow journalists Anas Al-Sharif and Muhammad Quraiqe, correspondents for Al Jazeera, along with photojournalists Ibrahim Zahir and Muhammad Nofal, as well as the crew's driver, in addition to wounding journalist Muhammad Sobh.
The Syndicate published a statement from the martyr journalist Anas Al-Sharif that he provided to them regarding the Israeli threats and targeting since the beginning of the war.
