Palestine Bank Signs Partnership Agreement with Women’s Renaissance Association to Donate Medical Device for Children's Hearing Tests

SadaNews - Palestine Bank has signed a strategic partnership agreement with the Women’s Renaissance Association to provide a medical device for hearing tests for children, reflecting its continued commitment to support the health sector and enhance community initiatives aimed at improving the quality of life for children.

The agreement was signed at the bank's headquarters in Ramallah, in the presence of its General Director Mr. Mahmoud Al-Shawa, and the President of the Women’s Renaissance Association Mrs. Nadia Musleh, along with several representatives from both institutions. Both sides emphasized the importance of this partnership in addressing urgent humanitarian needs that have long imposed an additional burden on the families of patients, contributing to the promotion of social solidarity and supporting initiatives that create a positive and sustainable impact in the community.

Under this agreement, the bank donated to purchase a specialized medical device for hearing tests in children, aiming for the early detection of hearing issues and contributing to addressing them in their initial stages, which can limit their effects on the child’s growth and educational and social development.
Mr. Al-Shawa expressed his pride in directing the bank's support towards projects that directly address community needs, particularly in the health field, emphasizing the importance of collaboration with effective civil institutions such as the Women’s Renaissance Association, which plays a pivotal role in serving the most needy groups.

Al-Shawa added that empowering persons with disabilities is not just a social obligation but a real investment in human potentials capable of creativity and productivity if given the right opportunity, stressing that empowering this group is a fundamental pillar for achieving sustainable development in Palestinian society. He concluded his remarks by reiterating Palestine Bank's commitment to continue its efforts in this area, calling on various official and civil entities to unite efforts to enhance rehabilitation and employment opportunities for persons with disabilities across the country.

For her part, Mrs. Musleh appreciated this support from Palestine Bank, confirming that the device provided by the bank will directly enhance our ability to deliver quality health services for children, especially in the area of early detection of hearing problems, enabling us to expand the range of tests to include a larger number of beneficiaries.

Musleh added that our partnership with Palestine Bank represents an effective model of cooperation between the private sector and civil institutions, stressing that we look forward to more joint initiatives that serve our children and meet their health and developmental needs.
