Ghrghour Trading Company Delivers Advanced Ambulance to the 'Palestine Rescue Center', the First of Its Kind in Ramallah and Al-Bireh
SadaNews - Ghrghour Trading Company, the exclusive agent for "Mercedes-Benz" and "Smart" vehicles in Palestine, has delivered an advanced ambulance equipped for intensive care to the Palestine Rescue Center to serve the Palestinian people in all cities.
During the handover, the Governor of Ramallah and Al-Bireh, Dr. Laila Ghannam, praised this step in an interview with SadaNews, confirming the importance of integration between the private sector and national companies to support medical development amid difficult economic and political conditions.

She stated, "We commend this integrated system that seeks to protect our people in the face of occupation and siege policies, whether through direct killing or by closing roads and gates that hinder access for patients."
She added, "Ambulance services are the first step to save lives, and we take pride today in having a mobile hospital, which will be a lifesaver for citizens in areas exposed to settler attacks, especially after losing many lives due to delays in reaching hospitals."
For his part, Ahmad Jibril, the Director of the Ambulance and Emergency Department, confirmed to SadaNews that equipping ambulances with the latest equipment is essential today to save lives. He said, "Although this service was introduced late, we are working hard to develop it throughout the West Bank."
Jibril appreciated the existing partnership between the Red Crescent Society and Ghrghour Trading Company, emphasizing that private sector cooperation primarily serves the interests of Palestinian patients and contributes to enhancing the resilience of citizens on their land.
For his part, Ahmed Al-Qadhi, an ambulance and emergency technician, explained the strategic importance of this vehicle to SadaNews, pointing out that the Ramallah and Al-Bireh governorate lacked an intensive care vehicle of this level. He said, "This vehicle is globally recognized for its design, which includes two specialized sections; it effectively brings hospital services to the patient, and includes specialized teams, complete intensive care equipment, quality medications, and is equipped to a high standard, with ample space for the comfort of the patient and medical staff."

For his part, Eng. Muhammad Bastami, the light trucks sales manager at Ghrghour Trading Company, confirmed that this step comes as part of the company's ongoing commitment to support national and humanitarian institutions and to provide advanced transportation solutions that serve the Palestinian community across different sectors.
Bastami added, "We at Ghrghour Trading Company are proud to be part of initiatives that contribute directly to saving lives and enhancing the readiness of emergency medical services, especially amid the difficult conditions our people live in. This vehicle represents a high level of global medical equipment, and we hope it will make a real difference in the speed of response and the quality of care provided to citizens."
He noted that partnerships with national and medical institutions are an essential part of Ghrghour Trading Company’s vision to promote social responsibility and support vital sectors in Palestine.
