Settlers Destroy Water Network in Bethlehem and Smash 3 Vehicles in Nablus
SadaNews - Settlers destroyed a water irrigation network for crops today, Monday, in the Khalayil Al-Lawz area southeast of Bethlehem.
Citizen As'ad Muhammad Suwais reported to the official agency that settlers stormed land belonging to him and his brothers Awad and Yusuf after cutting the barbed wire surrounding it. They destroyed the water network for irrigation, emptied a drinking water well with a capacity of (250 cups), and a reservoir for collecting water, stealing the valves from the water network of the reservoir.
Suwais noted that the attacks by the settlers have recently escalated significantly, including assaults on him that resulted in a broken finger, destruction of crops, theft of doves and chickens, and swimming in the irrigation water reservoir.
Separately, settlers smashed three vehicles early Monday morning in the village of Majdal Bani Fadl south of Nablus and in the town of Sabastiya northwest of Nablus.
Security sources reported that settlers attacked the two towns and smashed three vehicles belonging to citizens Hamid Sa'ada, Imad Sa'ada in Majdal Bani Fadl, and Khalid Hatim Al-Hawari in Sabastiya.
They added that the settlers attempted to attack some homes in the two towns and threw gas canisters into them.
