"Bayt Mal Al-Quds" Distributes Toys and Gifts to Children at the Gates of "Al-Aqsa" on the Occasion of Eid Al-Adha

SadaNews - The Bayt Mal Al-Quds Al-Sharif Agency, affiliated with the Al-Quds Committee headed by Moroccan King Mohammed VI, distributed toys and gifts to children at the gates of the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque on Wednesday, as part of the "Recreational Activities for Children" project, in celebration of Eid Al-Adha.

This project is being implemented in several neighborhoods of the holy city and surrounding towns and villages, in response to requests from local community institutions, aiming to bring joy to the hearts of young children and alleviate the impact of difficult field conditions.

The gates and the vicinity of the Al-Aqsa Mosque witnessed an atmosphere of joy and interaction after the Eid prayer, with agency teams distributing gifts, toys, and Eid cakes to the families present.

Parents expressed their gratitude for this gesture, which provided their children with a real opportunity to rejoice and engage in the festive atmosphere, affirming that these simple yet impactful steps help them overcome the pressures of daily life and give their children memories linked to their mosque and city.

The project includes organizing comprehensive recreational activities in about 10 neighborhoods in Jerusalem, targeting children aged 4 to 12. The activities include providing spaces for inflatables and bounce houses, clown shows, a face painting station, in addition to distributing symbolic gifts, with the aim of providing safe spaces that ensure Jerusalemite families enjoy delightful times and reinforce the agency's humanitarian and social message in supporting the resilience of citizens and preserving the Arab identity of the city.
