Attacks by Settlers and Occupation Forces in Ramallah and Nablus

SadaNews - Israeli occupation forces fired sound bombs and toxic gas today, Monday evening, towards the Al-Tawil area in the city of Al-Bireh, from inside the "Bseigot" settlement erected on the citizens' land in Al-Bireh.

Local sources reported that the occupation forces spread around the area and fired several gas and sound bombs, creating a state of tension among the citizens, with no injuries reported.

Meanwhile, other forces set up a military checkpoint at the entrance of the town of Turmus'ayya, northeast of Ramallah.

Local sources noted that the forces at the checkpoint stopped and searched vehicles, which led to the obstruction of citizens' movement, with no arrests reported.

In a related context, settlers attacked a farm on the outskirts of the village of Abwein, northwest of Ramallah, this evening.

According to local sources, dozens of settlers attacked the farm belonging to citizens from the village, with no injuries reported.

They added that the attack comes amid an increase in settler assaults on Palestinian villages and towns northwest of Ramallah, especially in areas close to the recent pastoral colonial outposts.

The village of Abwein and its surroundings witness repeated assaults by settlers, including attacks on farmers and shepherds, vandalism of property, and theft of livestock, with the protection of Israeli occupation forces.

Israeli occupation forces also stormed the town of Beit Furik east of Nablus.
