Injuries in Attacks by Occupation and Settlers in the West Bank
SadaNews - Several citizens suffered from gas inhalation, this Thursday evening, during the incursion of Israeli occupation forces into the town of Beit Fajjar south of Bethlehem.
Local sources reported that the occupation forces stormed Beit Fajjar and positioned themselves in the "Triangle" area, firing tear gas and sound bombs, which resulted in several citizens suffering from inhalation.
The Israeli occupation forces also raided the town of Ya'bad south of Jenin.
Local sources stated that the occupation forces invaded the town and raided several homes, one of the owners identified as Fathi Mitani, and Jihad Mitani.
They added that the occupation forces severely beat the released prisoner Hazem Ammarna and detained him for some time before releasing him.
It is noteworthy that previously, the occupation forces closed streets between the towns of Ya'bad and Zababda with earth mounds, disrupting the movement of citizens and vehicles.
Meanwhile, the Israeli occupation forces closed the main entrance to the town of Zaatara east of Bethlehem.
Local sources reported that the occupation forces closed the main entrance from the western side with concrete blocks near the "Ish Gharab" area, which leads to the city of Beit Sahour and the center of Bethlehem, noting that it had been closed with an iron gate since October 2023, before being reopened occasionally.
In another incident, settlers smashed a vehicle in the town of Beita south of Nablus.
Local sources indicated that settlers attacked the Al-Zuhra area in Beita, targeting a vehicle that was parked in front of one of the houses, resulting in the complete shattering of its windows.
