Settlers Bulldoze Land South of Bethlehem
SadaNews - Today, Tuesday, settlers, under the protection of Israeli occupation forces, bulldozed agricultural lands south of Bethlehem.
Khaled Abu Shaqra, head of the village council of Marah Ma'alla, reported to our correspondent that the settlers, protected by the occupation forces, bulldozed lands belonging to citizens from the towns of Beit Fajjar, Marah Ma'alla, and Jorat al-Sham'a. They began leveling the land and setting up mobile homes (caravans) and brought in generators, aiming to establish a settlement outpost in the area.
Recently, assaults by settlers against Palestinians and their properties have been significantly increasing, coinciding with the occupation's incursions into towns and villages in the West Bank and launching extensive arrest campaigns.
