Two Shooting Incidents: 3 Injured Including Two in Serious Condition in Tamra and Araara in the Negev

SadaNews - Two young men (18 and 19 years old) sustained serious and moderate injuries as a result of a shooting incident in the city of Tamra on Saturday evening.

Medical teams reported that they provided initial treatments to the injured, with one suffering serious injuries to the chest, abdomen, and back, while the other’s condition ranged from serious to moderate, and both were in a nearly full state of awareness.

The two injured were quickly transferred to the intensive care unit at "Rambam" Hospital in Haifa for further treatment, and they are in stable condition.

The occupying police claimed that they have opened an investigation into the circumstances of the crime whose background is still unknown; without announcing the arrest of any suspects, at a time when they continue to fail to provide security and safety for Arab citizens amid escalating crime and the absence of deterrence.

This comes during a time when Tamra has recently witnessed an increase in shooting crimes, resulting in casualties and injuries, and protests have also been organized there and in front of the police station condemning the escalation of crime and complicity in deterring it.

In Araara in the Negev, a young man (24 years old) was seriously injured in a shooting incident.

A medical team from "Magen David Adom" provided initial treatments to the injured, who suffered penetrating injuries to his body, before he was transported to "Soroka" Hospital in Beersheba for further treatment.

A paramedic from the medical team said, "We were called to provide treatments to a young man injured in a violent incident, and upon our arrival at the scene, we saw the injured person suffering from injuries that penetrated his body, we provided him with initial treatments which included bandaging and stopping the bleeding, and then we transferred him to the hospital in serious and unstable condition".
