More than 11,000 travelers crossed the Karama crossing last week
SadaNews - More than 11,000 citizens, visitors, and residents crossed the Karama crossing during the past week, while the police arrested 38 individuals wanted by the judiciary.
The number of departures during the week was (6,025) individuals, while the number of incoming travelers was (5,487) individuals, and the movement of travelers was light.
During the same period, the police arrested (38) individuals wanted by the judiciary and banned from traveling, whether during their attempts to leave through the crossing or in anticipation of their arrival when entering Palestinian territories. They are wanted in cases filed before the courts and public prosecution.
The police along with all security and civil agencies in the General Administration of Crossings and Borders provided numerous facilities and services to all citizens, including coordination for (5) medical cases to travel between the two sides of the crossing in Palestinian ambulances.
