Sheikh Discusses the Serious Escalation in the Region with Qatari Prime Minister
SadaNews - The Vice President of the State of Palestine, Hussein Sheikh, held a phone call with the Qatari Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, Mohammed bin Abdul Rahman Al Thani, to discuss the escalation in the region, including the Israeli escalation in the West Bank and Gaza Strip.
The two sides also discussed the continuation of regional and international joint coordination, emphasizing the unity of the Arab position and brotherly solidarity in facing the challenges that the region, and the Arab countries specifically, are experiencing.
Sheikh also expressed his gratitude for Qatar's position, led by Prince Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, regarding the Palestinian issue and the established Palestinian rights.
For his part, the Qatari Prime Minister confirmed that the Palestinian issue will remain at the forefront of Qatari attention regardless of all the developments occurring in the region.
