Israeli Airstrikes on Oil Warehouses in Tehran and Ongoing Iranian Attacks on Israel and the Gulf
SadaNews - The Israeli-American attacks on Iran continue as the war enters its second week, with Israel announcing extensive airstrikes, including targeting oil warehouses in Tehran, marking the first attack on oil infrastructure in the country. Meanwhile, Iran has resumed launching volleys of missiles and drones at Israel and the Gulf, where the latter has announced its response to the attacks in its airspace.
In light of the developments of the war, Israel is preparing for an escalation of missile attacks from Iran if it decides to shift the focus of its missile operations from targeting the Gulf Arab countries to targeting Israel, following the Iranian president's announcement that his country would cease attacking neighboring countries if it detected a halt in attacks launched from its territory.
For his part, U.S. President Donald Trump made remarks on Saturday evening, stating that he does not want the Kurds to enter the war. He noted that the war would continue for some time and is going as well as it could; while Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu vowed to continue the war "with all might," mentioning that there are many surprises to destabilize the Iranian regime.
The Iranian Revolutionary Guard announced the execution of 600 missile operations and 2,600 drone strikes since the war began; conversely, the Israeli army announced it had launched 7,500 munitions at Iran, in addition to conducting 3,400 airstrikes and destroying a strategic site for producing ballistic missiles in the Parchin area.
