Occupation continues to close Al-Aqsa Mosque for the sixth day and prevents worshippers from entering
SadaNews - The Israeli occupation authorities continue to close the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque for the sixth consecutive day.
The Jerusalem Governorate reported that the occupation has prevented worshippers from being present in the mosque, under the pretext of declaring a state of emergency amidst a heavy deployment of its forces around it and at the gates of the Old City, preventing citizens from entering its courtyards.
The occupation forces had closed Al-Aqsa Mosque on Saturday morning, forcing worshippers to leave, and prevented the performance of the evening and Tarawih prayers there.
The closure of Al-Aqsa Mosque comes concurrently with the announcement by the occupation army of a lockdown on the West Bank, hours after a wide-scale attack launched by Israel and the United States on Iran.
