More than 25,000 travelers crossed the Karamah crossing last week
SadaNews - More than 25,000 citizens and visitors crossed the Karamah crossing during the past week, while the police arrested 51 individuals wanted by the judiciary.
The number of departures during the week was 11,567 individuals, while the number of incoming travelers was 13,686 individuals, and the movement of travelers was moderate.
During the same period, the police arrested 51 individuals who were wanted by the judiciary and banned from traveling, either while attempting to leave through the crossing or upon their arrival in Palestinian territory. They are wanted in cases filed before the courts and public prosecution.
The police and all security and civil agencies in the General Administration of Crossings and Borders provided many facilities and services to all citizens, including coordination for 6 medical cases for travel between the two sides of the crossing in Palestinian ambulance vehicles.
