Occupations Extends Its Aggression on Tulkarem and Nur Shams Camps Until the End of March 2026

SadaNews - The occupation forces extended their aggression on the Tulkarem and Nur Shams camps until the end of March 2026, according to Tulkarem governor, Major General Dr. Abdullah Kmail.

The governor stated that the extension of the occupation forces' crime of aggression against the residents of the Tulkarem and Nur Shams camps until the end of March 2026 comes in the context of obstinance and disregard for the international community and human rights organizations, representing a blatant violation of international humanitarian law and human rights laws, along with all international charters and norms.

Governor Dr. Kmail clarified in a press statement that the continuation of the occupation's aggression exacerbates the scale of humanitarian suffering, especially amid the forced displacement of the camps' residents, alongside systematic destruction of infrastructure, widespread demolition of homes, in addition to other acts of vandalism and destruction affecting various aspects of life.

He renewed the call once again to the international community, human rights organizations, all diplomatic missions, embassies, and related parties to work seriously and immediately to exert pressure on the occupation to stop the ongoing crime against our people in Tulkarem governorate in general, and in the Tulkarem and Nur Shams camps in particular.

He pointed out the humanitarian and economic difficulties faced by the residents of the camps due to the ongoing forced displacement and the harsh conditions accompanying it, which have cast shadows over the overall situation in the governorate.

The governor emphasized that the objectives of this aggression are political, part of a scheme aimed at erasing the national project, but the Palestinian people and their leadership are on the path to thwarting all such plans and moving towards freedom and the establishment of the Palestinian state with its capital in Jerusalem, calling on our people for patience, resilience, and unity in the face of the plans of the settlers' government.
