Young man killed in a shooting incident in Lod, inside the 48 territories

SadaNews - A young man was killed and another seriously injured on Saturday evening as they were victims of a shooting incident in the city of Lod within the 48 territories.

According to a local source in Lod, two individuals were shot while inside a vehicle, and first aid was administered before one was announced dead due to serious injuries.

In Rama in the Shaghur area, a 19-year-old was reported to have sustained moderate injuries due to a shooting incident.

The rise in crimes in the Arab community continues amid daily protests denouncing their proliferation and protesting against the complicity and inaction of the Israeli authorities and police. With this crime, the death toll since the beginning of the month has risen to 26 citizens.

The year 2025 recorded an unprecedented toll in murder crimes, resulting in the deaths of 252 citizens, amid accusations of Israeli police negligence and complicity with organized crime, and its failure to provide security and safety for Arab citizens.
