Trump: 'Hamas' Will Disarm
SadaNews - President Donald Trump stated that the Palestinian movement 'Hamas' played a significant role in the recovery of hostages from Gaza, adding: 'It seems that they will disarm.'
The Israeli army announced on Monday that it has recovered the remains of Israeli police officer Ron Givli, who was the last hostage held in Gaza since Hamas's attack on southern Israel on October 7, 2023.
The army added that the recovery of all living and deceased hostages in Gaza completes a key item in the first part of President Donald Trump's plan to end the war in Gaza, while Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu praised the recovery of the remains of the 'last hostage' held in Gaza.
Trump indicated during a government meeting at the White House that he intends to open the Venezuelan airspace following a conversation he had today (Thursday) with interim President Delcy Rodríguez.
He added that major American oil companies will head to Venezuela to explore investment opportunities, according to Reuters.
