Sources to "SadaNews": "Hamas" delegation is holding important talks in Turkey and its visit to Cairo is related to that

Exclusive to SadaNews - Informed Palestinian sources revealed to "SadaNews" that the Hamas leadership delegation and its political council are holding important talks with intermediaries in Turkey regarding the next phase of the ceasefire agreement.

Recent journalistic sources have mentioned that the "Hamas" delegation was expected to arrive in Cairo on Tuesday, but the delegation has not actually arrived yet.

According to the special sources that spoke to "SadaNews", including those from "Hamas" and other Palestinian factions, the visit of the factions' delegations to Cairo, especially the "Hamas" delegation, is linked to the outcomes of the meetings taking place in Turkey. They indicated that exclusive Egyptian arrangements are underway in preparation to receive the delegations in the coming days if the results are positive.

The sources noted that several meetings were held in Turkey at different levels with the intermediaries, culminating in a meeting between Hamas leadership and Turkish Intelligence Chief Ibrahim Kalin.

The intermediaries and Hamas leadership are trying to reach a clear formula to be agreed upon, through communication with the administration of U.S. President Donald Trump and the Peace Council, in preparation for finalizing this in Cairo, if this formula is reached.

Hamas seeks to reach a clear agreement that obliges Israel with clear American guarantees and under the supervision of a committee to be formed for this purpose, especially in light of the Israeli government's non-compliance, particularly concerning the first phase provisions that have not been completed.

Hamas demands the implementation of the remaining items of the first phase before proceeding to negotiate the second phase, among these items are the expansion of crossing operations, allowing at least 600 trucks daily, halting violations and assassinations, and allowing building materials designated for the rehabilitation of schools and hospitals.

Israel has so far rejected Hamas's requests, insisting on disarming it, supported by the Trump administration which also links the reconstruction of the sector to disarmament, along with the Peace Council and its senior representative Nikolai Mladenov.

The roadmap prepared by Mladenov, consisting of 15 points, states the need to disarm all kinds of weapons in the Gaza Strip, whether factional or tribal or even personal, as part of law and order control, to be handed over to the Gaza administration committee, not to Israel.

According to sources from "Hamas" who spoke to "SadaNews", the movement has no objection to disarming, provided there is a clear position regarding the course of the Palestinian state that guarantees the rights of the Palestinian people and their constants, which has not been clearly presented despite the vague discussions in Mladenov's document.

The sources indicated that there is consensus among the factions that they will support any path to establish a Palestinian state that includes disarming the resistance.

In recent days, Hamas has intensified its sharp attacks on Mladenov, accusing him of colluding with Israel and its positions.

SadaNews has learned that "Hamas" has directed clear remarks to the intermediaries regarding Mladenov's positions.

According to journalistic sources in recent days, Mladenov has not decided to participate in the current round until a clear agreement is reached with "Hamas".
