Fatah Movement in Cyprus Commemorates the 61st Anniversary of the Palestinian Revolution

SadaNews - The Palestinian National Liberation Movement "Fatah" in the Cyprus region commemorated the 61st anniversary of the Palestinian Revolution, the start of the Fatah Movement, with a gathering in the coastal city of Paphos, in solidarity with our people in the Gaza Strip and all of Palestine.

The event was organized by the Fatah Movement's Cyprus region, attended by Revolutionary Council member Muhammad Al-Laham, Secretary of the Movement in the region Ma'in Al-Saeed, regional members, and a gathering of the Movement's cadre.

The gathering included a speech by Revolutionary Council member Muhammad Al-Laham, who emphasized the pioneering role of the Fatah Movement in the struggle and the ongoing effort to achieve liberation from occupation and establish an independent Palestinian state, stressing the important and central role of the Palestinian diaspora in the past, present, and future.

Meanwhile, the Secretary of the region, Ma'in Al-Saeed, presented in his speech the historical phases of the Fatah Movement and the necessity of continuing the struggle until freedom is achieved.

The event included the lighting of the anniversary torch, in addition to a meeting for regional members and cadre with Revolutionary Council member Muhammad Al-Laham, who conveyed the greetings and directives of the Commissioner for External Regions Dr. Samir Al-Rifai, emphasizing the need to continue working for the advancement of the Movement, and discussed the latest organizational and political updates.
