Airstrike by the Coalition Targets Foreign Military Support for Transitional Forces in Al-Mukalla Port, Yemen
SadaNews: The Arab Coalition to Support Legitimacy in Yemen published a video early on Tuesday documenting the arrival of two ships loaded with weapons that came from the UAE's Fujairah Port and unloaded their cargo at Yemen's Al-Mukalla Port.
Early on Tuesday, the Joint Forces Command of the Coalition to Support Legitimacy in Yemen, led by Saudi Arabia, announced the execution of a limited airstrike that targeted foreign military support for the Transitional Council forces at Al-Mukalla port.
The official spokesperson for the coalition forces, Major General Turki Al-Maliki, stated that on Saturday and Sunday (December 27-28, 2025), two ships coming from Fujairah Port in the UAE entered Al-Mukalla Port without obtaining the official permits from the Joint Forces Command of the Coalition.
Al-Maliki added that the crew of the two ships disabled the tracking systems for the vessels and unloaded a large quantity of weapons and combat vehicles to support the Southern Transitional Council forces in the eastern provinces of Yemen (Hadhramaut, Al-Mahrah) with the aim of fueling the conflict.
