Approval of Technical Experts for the Military Intelligence Service
SadaNews - Several officers from the Military Intelligence Service took the legal oath today, Monday, in front of Minister of Justice, Counselor Sharhabil Al-Za'im, and in the presence of Major General Nidal Shaheen, Commander of the Military Intelligence Service, as certified technical experts legally recognized by the Ministry of Justice.
The legal oath ceremony was attended by Brigadier General Mohamed Al-Jurbi, Brigadier General Shamikh Fayoumi, Brigadier General Kamal Hamail, Brigadier General Mutawakkil Al-Khatib, Colonel Ahmed Barahma, Counselor Munjed Abdullah, along with the Assistant Minister of Justice, Counselor Ahmed Dhbailah, and Assistant Agent Maysa Hamarsheh.
Counselor Al-Za'im emphasized that the certification of technical experts contributes to enhancing the justice system and supporting investigative procedures in accordance with proper legal frameworks, highlighting the importance of qualifying security and technical personnel according to established legal and professional standards, thus enabling them to perform their duties and provide testimonies before courts and military prosecutions.
For his part, Major General Shaheen congratulated the officers who took the legal oath, stressing that the development of technical capacities within the Military Intelligence Service constitutes an essential pillar in enhancing institutional and professional work, serving the rule of law and protecting citizens' rights.
This step comes as part of the Palestinian Military Intelligence Service's commitment to improving the efficiency of its officers and enhancing cooperation with the Ministry of Justice, in line with the requirements of judicial and security work, contributing to the establishment of justice and building a professional security institution.
It is noteworthy that: Captain/Fidaa Ghanem Ghoneimat, First Lieutenant/Yasser Ammar Nabulsi, and First Lieutenant/Aws Nizam Odeh have been certified as accredited technical experts for the Military Intelligence Service after completing specialized training courses in the field.
