Palestinian Ambassador Hadi Shabli Receives His Iranian Counterpart in Jeddah
SadaNews: Ambassador Hadi Shabli, the permanent representative of the State of Palestine to the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, received Ambassador Mohammad Hassan Sheikh Islami, the permanent representative of the Islamic Republic of Iran to the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, at the mission's headquarters in the city of Jeddah, during a courtesy visit undertaken by the Iranian ambassador on the occasion of assuming his new duties.
Ambassador Hadi Shabli welcomed his Iranian counterpart, wishing him success in his role, affirming the importance of enhancing cooperation and coordination between the two missions within the framework of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, in a way that serves common interests, foremost of which is support for the Palestinian cause.
Also present at the meeting were First Secretary Mahdi Barsai, Deputy Permanent Representative of the Islamic Republic of Iran, and First Counselor Nasim Za'neen, Deputy Permanent Representative of the State of Palestine.
