Child Killed in a Hit-and-Run Accident in Hebron City
SadaNews - A 6-year-old child was killed today, Wednesday, due to a hit-and-run accident involving a police vehicle in one of the neighborhoods of the city.
The police leadership, represented by the General Director of Police, Major General Alam Al-Saqa, expressed its condolences to the child's family and its deep sorrow for this unfortunate incident, confirming that the necessary legal procedures related to the accident have been initiated.
Police spokesperson, Major Louay Arzeeqat, confirmed that the driver has been detained, and the public prosecutor and military prosecutor have been notified, while the traffic police have started an investigation into the incident to determine its circumstances.
