Tens of Thousands of Worshippers Perform Friday Prayer at Al-Aqsa
SadaNews - Tens of thousands performed the Friday prayer at the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque, where they converged since the morning under the strict military measures imposed by the Israeli occupation authorities on access to the mosque.
Local sources reported that the occupation forces obstructed the arrival of residents to Al-Aqsa Mosque through the Lions' Gate and the Old City by erecting metal barriers.
The occupation police stopped the activist Nafisa Khuways and prevented her from entering the area of the Lions' Gate to perform the Friday prayer. They also stopped Abu Bakr Al-Shaymi and prevented him from praying, along with activist Muhammad Abu Al-Hums, and several youths, forcing them to leave.
