Ministry of Justice Publishes Draft Law on the Right to Access Information via "Legislation Platform"
SadaNews - As part of the Palestinian government's efforts to enhance dialogue and consultation and to establish principles of transparency and sustainable coordination among all sectors and institutions, the Ministry of Justice has published the "Draft Law on the Right to Access Information No. () of the year 2025, through the electronic public consultation platform 'Legislation Platform'.
The Ministry of Justice invites citizens and institutions from both the public and private sectors to review the draft and provide their feedback, comments, and opinions on the platform before it is ratified.

It is noteworthy that the Ministry of Justice is currently presenting (November/2025), through the 'Legislation Platform', the Draft Law No. () of the year 2025 regarding reducing cash usage, in addition to the Draft Law No. () of the year 2025 regarding data protection, for opinions from citizens, experts, and interested parties.
