The Al-Quds Bayt Mal Agency Funds Small Projects in the Villages of Jerusalem Governorate
SadaNews - Today, Monday, the Al-Quds Bayt Mal Agency launched a package of small support projects aimed at securing sources of income for impoverished families in several villages of the Jerusalem Governorate, with support from the Moroccan Association for the Support of Reconstruction in Palestine.
The support is distributed across sectors such as livestock and cattle rearing, dairy and cheese production, confectionery manufacturing, and sewing, embroidery, beauty and wedding supplies, in addition to multi-use equipped kiosks.
Acting General Director of Public Affairs in the governorate, En'am Zouaiter, confirmed that these initiatives "come within the framework of supporting small and micro-projects as a tool to enhance economic and social resilience".
For his part, the Director of the Civil Peace Department in the Jerusalem Governorate, Dawood Al-Jahhalin, expressed "the necessary appreciation for the fruitful partnership that brings together the Al-Quds Bayt Mal Agency with the city's institutions, whether official or civic."
