 
            Palestine and Venezuela Discuss Prospects for Joint Cooperation in the Field of Tourism
SadaNews - The Minister of Tourism and Antiquities, Hani Al-Hayek, and the Ambassador of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela to the State of Palestine, Maher Taha, discussed ways of bilateral cooperation in the field of tourism.
Al-Hayek emphasized during the meeting held today, Wednesday, at the ministry headquarters in Ramallah, the depth of the historical relations between the two countries, stating: Venezuela stands with the Palestinian right to liberation from occupation and the establishment of the Palestinian state and the realization of the just and legitimate rights of the Palestinian people.
The minister added that despite all the challenges faced by the Palestinian people, we are determined to continue working until the establishment of the Palestinian state on our Palestinian land.
He also spoke about the importance of developing prospects for cooperation and partnership between Palestine and Venezuela in all fields, especially in the area of attracting international tourism and global tourism promotion in international tourism forums, in addition to cooperation in preserving tangible cultural heritage.
For his part, Ambassador Taha thanked the minister for his cooperation, inviting Minister Al-Hayek to visit Venezuela at the earliest possible opportunity, as well as to participate in its international tourism exhibition.
