Driver Seriously Injured in Traffic Accident Between Reina and Nazareth
SadaNews - A car driver sustained injuries described as serious, along with two other individuals with minor injuries, due to an accident that occurred on Highway 754 between the town of Reina and the city of Nazareth this morning, Monday.
The spokesperson for the "Rescue Union - Northern District" reported that "the paramedic teams from the Rescue Union provided initial assistance to a vehicle driver (about 70 years old) who was seriously injured, along with two other individuals with minor injuries, as a result of the accident that took place on Highway 754 between the town of Reina and the city of Nazareth."
Dr. Suleiman Karim, a volunteer doctor with the Rescue Union, along with paramedics Ahmed Awadata and Amir Shaqrawi, stated, "This is an accident involving a vehicle and a truck. We provided initial treatment at the accident scene for the driver who was trapped inside his car and was rescued by firefighting teams. He was then transported to the English Hospital in Nazareth, where his condition was reported as serious at this stage."
The occupation police claimed that they have opened an investigation file to examine the circumstances of the accident.
