Attorney General Meets with Heads of Prosecutions to Enhance Institutional Performance Amid Rising National Responsibilities
SadaNews - Attorney General Akram Al-Khateeb held an extensive meeting with the Assistant Attorneys General and heads of provincial and specialized prosecutions, as part of the ongoing assessment of performance and strengthening coordination among the components of the Public Prosecution, in line with the current national stage's requirements.
The Attorney General emphasized the importance of maintaining the pace of institutional work and raising the quality of performance, especially in light of the ongoing developments in Palestine that require the judiciary to operate at the highest levels of efficiency and responsibility.
He pointed out the necessity of doubling efforts in processing cases and reducing the timeframes for their resolution, reflecting the commitment of the Public Prosecution to citizens' rights and enhancing community trust in the justice system.
The meeting also included a review of successful work models from several partial and specialized prosecutions, along with discussions on notes issued by the Inspection Department, and the exchange of perspectives on mechanisms for improving performance and activating coordination and integration among the prosecutions at various levels.
This meeting occurs within the context of the Public Prosecution's commitment to establishing a methodology for periodic evaluation and reinforcing professional practice based on planning and follow-up, to ensure the continuity of efficient work under various circumstances.
