
Boy Seriously Injured After ATV Accident in Rina
SadaNews - A 16-year-old boy was reported to have sustained serious injuries after an electric ATV flipped over in the village of Rina in the Galilee region, northern Israel, this morning, Monday.
A spokesperson for the "Magen David Adom" organization reported that "at 7:29 AM, an alert was received at the 101 information center about the overturning of an electric ATV in the village of Rina. Medical teams evacuated a 16-year-old boy to (Rambam) Hospital in serious condition, suffering from a head injury."
Senior paramedic from "Magen David Adom," Jamal Slimani, stated that "we saw the ATV after it had flipped over from a distance; the boy was lying down and suffering from a head injury. We provided him with medical treatment, then transported him in the intensive care unit vehicle of Magen David Adom to the hospital in serious but stable condition."
The occupation police claimed that they have opened a file to investigate the circumstances of the incident.
