Palestine Bank Signs Cooperation Agreement with the Family Revival Society to Provide Relief Assistance During the Blessed Month of Ramadan

SadaNews Economy - Palestine Bank has signed a cooperation agreement with the Family Revival Society to implement a relief program aimed at providing complete meals, food baskets, and seasonal items for needy and displaced families in the West Bank and Gaza Strip during the blessed month of Ramadan. This initiative embodies the bank's steadfast commitment to supporting the most vulnerable groups and enhancing the social protection system in the face of current economic and humanitarian challenges.

The memorandum was signed at the bank's headquarters in Ramallah, in the presence of the General Manager of Palestine Bank, Mr. Mahmoud Al-Shawa, the President of the Family Revival Society, Ms. Reem Masrouji, the General Manager of the society, Ms. Rawya Al-Sha'arawi, a board member, Ms. Suzan Al-Aamour, and the Director of the Social Department, Ms. Karam Abu Shawish, along with several department directors from the bank.

For his part, Mr. Mahmoud Al-Shawa confirmed that this agreement is part of the bank's strategy aimed at solidifying its role as a responsible national institution that actively contributes to supporting humanitarian issues, especially during Ramadan, a month that reflects the values of solidarity and mutual support. He added that the partnership with the Family Revival Society reflects both parties' commitment to unifying efforts and integrating roles to ensure that support reaches its rightful recipients efficiently and with dignity.

Al-Shawa pointed out that the campaign will help alleviate the living burdens for hundreds of families in various governorates of the West Bank and Gaza Strip, emphasizing the bank's pride in participating in humanitarian initiatives that enhance the resilience of needy families and support their economic stability.

On her part, Ms. Masrouji commended the bank's contribution to supporting needy families, praising its ongoing role in supporting humanitarian and national issues. She affirmed that this Ramadan campaign will provide qualitative food support that respects the dignity of the beneficiary families and enhances their ability to overcome current challenges.
In turn, Al-Sha'arawi stressed the importance of this partnership in expanding the scope of relief services provided by the society and reaching as many needy and displaced families as possible, emphasizing that cooperation between national institutions contributes to enhancing the spirit of community solidarity and establishing a culture of organized charitable work.

It is noteworthy that Palestine Bank has launched a wide range of relief and humanitarian interventions during the blessed month of Ramadan in partnership with several civil society organizations, including Palestine Giving, the Family Revival Society, the Child House, and the Cooperation Foundation, aimed at supporting shelter centers and needy families in various governorates of the homeland, thereby enhancing the social protection system and contributing to reaching the most needy groups efficiently and sustainably.
