"Maintenance on You and Maintenance on Us".. A campaign launched by Gurgor Trading Company, the agents of Mercedes-Benz for its customers

SadaNews - Gurgor Trading Company, the general agent for Mercedes-Benz vehicles in Palestine, has launched a new campaign titled "Maintenance on You and Maintenance on Us," in a move that reflects its ongoing commitment to global quality standards and its concern for the safety of customers and their vehicles.

The campaign aims to establish the concept of maintenance as a mutual responsibility between the company and its customers, by encouraging owners of Mercedes-Benz vehicles to commit to regular maintenance, in return for receiving a second maintenance service for free, according to studied conditions and standards that ensure maintaining the highest levels of performance and safety for the vehicles.

Alaa Hamash, the maintenance manager at Gurgor Trading Company, told SadaNews, "The campaign is launched as part of our commitment to the safety of our customers and in appreciation of the trust they place in us, and out of our concern to maintain the condition of their vehicles."

He added: "This campaign is a precursor to the launch of a series of subsequent initiatives and campaigns throughout this year, all of which are based on a single philosophy that focuses on customer care and providing exceptional services." ..

Maintenance works are carried out within Gurgor's authorized service network in Palestine, headed by the large service center in Al-Bireh Industrial Area, which is considered one of the largest and most modern Mercedes-Benz service centers in Palestine due to its advanced technical facilities, modern equipment, in addition to qualified and trained technical staff according to the highest standards set by the manufacturer.

Hamash continues in his conversation with SadaNews: "The customer performs the first maintenance as usual, while the second maintenance is free, as a token of our appreciation for the trust of our customers, where the customer receives a special card that allows them to benefit from this free maintenance, which can be utilized within 12 months from the date of subscription, according to the terms of the campaign."

He adds: "The campaign runs from the tenth of February until the end of the holy month of Ramadan, targeting owners of sedan vehicles from the 2018-2026 models."
