3 Killed in Crimes Committed in Occupied Interior Areas
SadaNews - Two young men in their twenties were killed as a result of a shooting crime in the town of Yafa an-Nasra. Additionally, a man in his fifties was killed and a young man was injured in the city of Tamra due to gunfire in two separate crimes committed within a short timeframe on the night of Thursday - Friday.
In Yafa an-Nasra, a medical team from "Magen David Adom" attempted resuscitation for the two young men, but their death was pronounced at the scene after efforts to save their lives failed.
The Israeli police stated that they have initiated an investigation into the circumstances and background of the double crime, which is still unclear, and have not announced any arrests of suspects involved in the crime while continuing to neglect the provision of security and safety for the Palestinians living in the occupied interior amid rampant crime and the absence of deterrence. This was also mentioned by the Arab 48 website.
In the city of Tamra, Malek Markian (48 years old) was killed as a result of a shooting crime, and a medical team from "Magen David Adom" pronounced his death after attempts to save him failed.
Shortly before that, a young man (21 years old) was moderately injured due to gunfire in the same city.
The toll of murder victims among Palestinians in the interior continues to rise, as it has reached 118 dead since the beginning of the year, amid a rising wave of shooting crimes and violence that strike Arab towns almost daily.
Available data indicates that the majority of victims fell due to direct gunfire, reflecting the expansion of violence and the worsening of personal security in many towns.
