75,000 Perform Friday Prayer at Al-Aqsa Mosque
SadaNews - Tens of thousands of worshippers performed the Friday prayer at the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque.
The Islamic Waqf Department in Jerusalem stated that 75,000 worshippers performed the Friday prayer at the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque.
Local sources reported that occupation forces spread throughout the streets of the city of Jerusalem, erected iron barriers at the gates of the Old City and Al-Aqsa Mosque, stopped young men to check their identities, and detained some of them.
It was noted that the occupation forces prevented those who had been expelled from the mosque from performing the Friday prayer in the vicinity of the mosque and along the Mujahideen Road at the Lions' Gate in the Old City of Jerusalem.
