Luqiya: Prosecution Statement Against Three Brothers in the Murder of Osama Abu Ubaid
SadaNews - The Israeli occupation police announced today, Sunday, that they have resolved the circumstances surrounding the murder of 25-year-old Osama Abu Ubaid, who was shot in February of this year in the town of Luqiya in the Negev region, southern Israel, following intensive investigations that lasted several weeks.
The police reported that "three brothers, aged between 18 and 22, residents of the town, were arrested on suspicion of planning and carrying out the crime, and the weapon used in the murder was also seized."
The public prosecution has issued a prosecutor's statement in preparation for filing charges against the suspects.
This case marks the third murder investigation resolved in the southern region within a week's time.
