Death of a person and injury of another in a traffic accident in the south of the country

SadaNews - A man approximately 50 years old was killed, and another man (around 45 years old) was lightly injured, as a result of a serious traffic accident that occurred on Road 232 near Kibbutz "Bror Hayil" in the south of the country, according to the media office of the Rescue Union in the Southern District, on Monday.

Sources indicated that rescue teams from the Rescue Union rushed to the scene of the accident and provided first aid to the injured, where it was found that the accident occurred between two trucks.

The paramedics from the Rescue Union who arrived at the site said: "This is a serious accident between two trucks, and unfortunately, the death of a man was declared at the scene due to the severity of the injuries he suffered. We also provided medical treatment to another injured person whose condition was described as light, and he was transferred to the hospital for further treatment".

The occupation police claimed that they have opened an investigation to determine the circumstances of the accident.
