A Fatal Shooting Incident in Nazareth
SadaNews - A young man in his thirties was killed last night due to a shooting incident in the city of Nazareth, located in the territory of 1948.
With this crime, the number of murder victims in the 48 territories since the beginning of this year rises to 64.
Data indicates that 61 of the victims were killed by gunfire, while 32 of the deceased were under the age of thirty. The tally also includes three women, in addition to three individuals killed by Israeli police gunfire.
During the same period last year, the number of victims reached 51, indicating an increase of approximately 26% in murder rates.
This rise in the number of victims comes amid increasing calls from Arab community leaders for Israeli authorities to take effective steps to combat crime and collect unlicensed weapons.
