Police Warn Citizens of Rocket Shrapnel
SadaNews - The Palestinian General Police Directorate issued an important warning statement today, Saturday, urging all citizens to exercise the utmost caution and vigilance in light of the current field developments.
The police warned of the danger of interception shrapnel from rockets, indicating that it could fall at any moment and with great speed, posing a lethal risk.
They emphasized the necessity of staying on lower floors and not going up to rooftops or standing on balconies, and remaining in protected areas away from windows.
The police also stressed not to touch any suspicious objects or shrapnel that may fall in the yards of houses or the surrounding lands, as they may be explosives or unstable materials, and immediately report to number 100.
The directorate noted that the recklessness of some individuals in going up to the roofs puts their lives and the lives of their families in serious danger, calling on citizens to fully comply to ensure their safety.
