Serious Injury to Worker in Concrete Mixer Accident Near Al-Buqeia
SadaNews - A worker sustained injuries described as serious this morning, Wednesday, in a concrete mixer accident near the village of Al-Buqeia in the Galilee region.
Medical teams reported that a "notification was received at 6:22 AM to the emergency center 101 in the Ashkelon area about a worker injured during a concrete mixer accident at a factory near Al-Buqeia."
It was explained that "paramedics from Magen David Adom provided initial medical treatment to a 30-year-old worker before transferring him to Galilee Medical Center in Nahariya. He is in serious condition but conscious, suffering from injuries to the head and limbs."
The police have opened an investigation into the circumstances of the accident and have notified representatives from the Ministry of Economy (Industry, Trade, and Labor) as required.
