Rahat: Man Seriously Injured in Hit-and-Run Incident
SadaNews - A 39-year-old man sustained injuries described as serious after being struck by a private vehicle last night on "Al-Ra'd" street in the city of Rahat, located in the Negev region of southern Israel.
Rescue teams provided first aid to the injured person at the scene of the incident.
Paramedics Adam Al-Touri and Hamouda Abu Yahya stated that the victim suffered injuries to his head and limbs. He was later transported to "Soroka" hospital in Beer Sheva for further treatment.
The police have opened a file to investigate the circumstances of the incident.
