7 Victims in Less Than 48 Hours in the Occupied Territories

SadaNews - Young man Amer Mohammed Al-Luhwah, in his thirties, from the city of Lod, was killed as a result of a shooting crime in Tel Aviv. Shortly after, young man Hussein Samouni was killed in another shooting crime committed in the city of Jaffa; thus, the death toll in the Arab community since the beginning of the year has risen to 224 fatalities.

In Jaffa, young man Hussein Samouni was killed as a result of a shooting crime after he was transported to "Wolfson" Hospital, where the medical team pronounced him dead upon arrival without signs of life.

According to the occupation police, the victim arrived at the hospital by car, which then left the scene.

In Tammra, a young man sustained moderate injuries to his lower limbs due to a shooting incident in the city.

A medical team from the "Al-Zahraawi" center provided initial treatment to the injured, who was later transported to "Rambam" Hospital in Haifa for further care.

In Rahat, 3 young men were injured with moderate injuries due to gunfire, and it was unclear whether it was a single incident or more.

Medical teams from "Magen David Adom" provided initial treatment to the injured (33 and 36 years old) who suffered moderate wounds, and then attended to a third injured person (35 years old) who was also in moderate condition.

The three injured were transferred to "Soroqa" Hospital in Beersheba for treatment.

In Iksal, a young man (24 years old) was seriously injured due to a shooting crime and was transported to Carmel Hospital in Haifa to continue treatment.

The occupation police claimed that they had begun investigating the circumstances and background of the separate crimes without reporting the arrest of any suspects.

7 Arab Fatalities in Less Than 48 Hours

These crimes follow the killing of 5 young men on Friday, one of whom was young Mahdi Salama from Arara in the Triangle, who was shot by Israeli police after a pursuit involving a bulldozer near the town.

The other two victims were brothers Mohammed and Walid Magharbi from Ramla, who were targeted in a shooting crime that also resulted in injury to their father.

Earlier on the same day, young men Murad Youssef from the Al-Halisa neighborhood in Haifa were killed in a shooting crime near the city, after which young Abd al-Fattah Jamal Subayhat from Salem was killed due to a shooting crime committed in the Wadi Ara area.

224 Arab Fatalities Since the Beginning of the Year

This comes amid an unprecedented escalation in violent incidents and murder crimes within the Arab community, resulting in 224 fatalities since the start of the year until today, amidst complicity and negligence from the police in fulfilling their role in combating crime and ensuring security and safety for Arab citizens.

Data indicates that 189 people were killed by gunfire, with 109 of the victims under the age of thirty, including five children who had not yet reached eighteen and 20 women. Additionally, 12 murders were recorded by the police.

These shocking numbers reflect the extent of the escalation of violence and crime in the Arab community, amidst the complicity of the Israeli police and their negligence in fulfilling their role in combating crime and holding criminals accountable.
