Tal'ah Ar'a Council Strongly Condemns Targeting of Its President's Home Area with Drone-Launched Bombs
SadaNews - The Tal'ah Ar'a local council condemned, on Tuesday, what it described as a "brazen assault" on the safety of citizens, following the dropping of hand grenades via a drone on several neighborhoods and homes, including the area surrounding the home of the council's president, Mohamed Jalal Ighbariah, in the village of Musmus. This attack resulted in property damage without any human injuries.
The council indicated in an official statement that ongoing investigations do not rule out the possibility that the attack was directed specifically against the council president, due to his official duties and responsibilities, affirming its serious follow-up on the matter with the police and relevant authorities.
The council stated in its announcement, "We express our deep indignation and firm condemnation of these dangerous manifestations that threaten the safety of the residents, terrorize children and inhabitants, and constitute a serious escalation in the pace of violence."
The council reiterated its demand for the police to assume their legal responsibilities and to take immediate and decisive actions to curb the chaos and pursue those involved, in order to maintain the security and stability of the region's towns.
